Accessing SENECA online

Dear Parents/Carers

Please be aware that today all pupils who attend the school will be reminded how to access our school online learning platform ‘SENECA online’ and by the end of Tuesday next week, all pupils will have logged on.

The school has no plans to close at this time, we have to follow the advice of Public Health England and the Government.  However, because this is a changing situation, it is important that we prepare for different possibilities.  Ensuring pupils can be contacted directly and are, at all times, able to access learning materials is an important part of our preparations.

It is possible that our young people may feel anxious about the current situation and so I would ask that, like us, you please continue to reassure your son or daughter if/when they ask questions – we really do not want to add to any sense of anxiety or panic.

Your support in managing, what is potentially a difficult situation which continues to change, is much appreciated.

Yours sincerely

Mrs CP McCarron
